A list of at most maxLength entities the sender controls, such as an
army’s selected units, read as readonly Entity[] holding only those
she still controls when the reader reaches the command. The accepted
result names the others in its skipped list, and a command left with
none is refused not-controlled. As an RTS’s order to a selection.
