SceneBot
How a bot plays the scene’s room with no page, which the scene’s file
exports as bot, beside its systems. A bot whose player controls a
character, in a game that lists characters(), walks toward the
nearest living entity with health, or strafes beside it, and walks a
loop with none in sight; this adds what only the game knows. play
runs on every move, with a character or none.
Properties
Section titled “Properties”| Property | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
dangers? |
(turn) => readonly BotDanger[] |
The places it runs out of, straight away from their middle, once a reaction has passed since it first stood in one: a danger outranks its destination and its target. Read on each of its moves. |
destination? |
(turn) => BotPoint | undefined |
A place it walks to, over the nearest entity, while this returns one, as a player walks to a shop she means to buy at: it still fires at what is in range on the way, and stands once there. Read on each of its moves, before its play. |
play? |
(turn) => void |
Runs on each of its moves, twenty a second, after the room’s latest word: a game sends here what a player’s page sends from its menus, such as “I am ready”. The room takes a command a few times a second at most, past its burst, so send one while the world says it is owed. |
skill? |
BotSkill |
How well it aims and moves: a person’s wait, stray and lag. Left out, it fires at the nearest target the moment it is in range, true to its middle, as a measure of the game’s own numbers. |
weapons? |
readonly BotWeapon[] |
The weapons it may fire at that entity: the first her character holds, as her HeldWeaponsTrait names them, so a bot that buys a gun fires it. It fires at the weapon’s rate, as her stats raise it, once the entity is in range. Left out, it fires nothing. |
