WalkRefusal
Why walkTo sent no one, or findPath found no route. A refused walk
changes nothing: the character keeps the path it had.

The world has no navmesh: it mounts no <World>, whose ground every
navmesh is baked from, or the bake has not finished.

The entity named walks no path: it is gone, or was spawned without
spawnNpcBody, so it has no PathTrait to follow.
StartOffMesh

The character stands too far off the walkable ground for the mesh to snap her onto a polygon.
