Makes its children draggable onto a DropTarget, with a mouse or a finger. A mouse press drags once it moves 8 px and a finger once it holds still a quarter of a second, so a press that does not drag still reaches a Button inside, and the release that ends a drag presses nothing. It needs the dragAndDrop plugin in the Game’s plugins.
