Authority
Proof that the code holding it runs on a world that decides outcomes:
a room’s, or a game played alone, never a page in a room. The room’s
step is one, inside if (step.authoritative) and in a system with no
runsOn; requireAuthority(world) gives one outside a step. Every
outcome function takes one first, the engine’s, such as dealDamage,
and a game’s own, such as a score: authority: Authority. As Unreal’s
HasAuthority() and Roblox’s RunService:IsServer(), held in a type
rather than asked at run time.
